The third generation of the PC cable tester Hobbes TEST-i is a specially designed multifunctional cable tester that tests and analyzes a variety of PC cables and the most commonly used flat ribbon cables. The Hobbes TEST-i not only checks the most common cables for short circuits, open connections, or incorrectly wired pins, but also displays the test results on the screen in a pin-to-pin format. The tester can store up to 100 results. This data can be collected for evaluation and uploaded to a PC via USB. With its built-in LCD display (with backlight), the user can easily and efficiently check the wiring of cables.
