The Type 1+2 surge protection for direct and indirect lightning strikes is suitable for use with the Fronius Symo GEN24 Plus and Fronius Primo GEN24 Plus in all power classes. The surge protection is applicable to all devices, regardless of whether 1 or 2 trackers are used. When operating with only one tracker, one input on the surge protection remains unused. The surge protection is delivered as a retrofit kit and can be installed in the connection area of the inverter in just a few minutes.
