Thanks to its high accuracy and practical features, the Fluke 721 two-channel pressure calibrator is ideally suited for the calibration of gas measurement instruments and meters. The new 721Ex, with IECEx and Atex Ex ia IIB T3 Gb (Zone 1) specifications, is built on the same platform and designed for use in classified environments. The device is available in the same 14 configurations and can be customized by selecting either a 16 psi (1.1 bar) or 36 psi (2.48 bar) low-pressure sensor, and then adding one of the seven high-pressure ranges of 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500, 3000, or 5000 psi (6.9, 20, 24.5, 69, 103.4, 200, 345 bar). The Fluke 721Ex offers the option to use the 720RTD temperature probe for temperature measurement, with the probe also fitting into the carrying case provided with the pressure calibrator. The pressure calibration test kits include a new range of pressure connection accessories to make the creation of pneumatic and hydraulic connections for pressure testing easier and safer. This accessories package includes two special transmitter test hoses, TTH5K and TTH10K. These hoses have specifications of 5,000 psi and 10,000 psi, respectively, and allow for tool-free connections between hand pumps or pressure transmitters with the standard IEC female input of most pressure transmitters worldwide. The test hose 700MTH is comparable to the 700TTH but features a metric male hose end instead of the NPT male connection. The 700M20TH is designed for connection with Chinese M20 female process connections. The 700PTPK2 and 700HTPK2 are premium versions of the standard 700PTPK and 700HTPK models, offering premium test hoses as well as an NTR connection for easier attachment and detachment of the 700G manometers or other devices with NPT male connections.
