The Turbo Disc from Lukas in a flat design offers exceptional material removal performance thanks to its innovative patented lamella shape and arrangement. The innovative tool design features more than 70% of the abrasive material located on the outer area of the backing disc, with up to six abrasive layers stacked on top of each other.

Advantages over conventional flap discs include: better material removal, no glazing or overheating of the lamellas, less noise, reduced vibration, fewer working steps, and a robust steel backing disc. The Turbo Disc has been newly developed for processing stainless steels and is ideal for working on weld seams, deburring, derusting, finishing, and smoothing. It is free of iron, sulfur, and chlorine.
