Drill hole cleaning is not necessary. The fischer aerated concrete anchor is tightened with a hexagonal wrench using a cordless screwdriver or a ratchet. This pulls the cone into the expansion sleeve. In the process, the four wings create an undercut in the drill hole. After expansion, the hexagonal wrench is automatically disengaged.
