The Dormer DIN 327 D long hole cutter is a high-precision tool specifically designed for milling long holes in various materials. With a nominal diameter of 4 mm and a cutting length of 7 mm, this cutter offers optimal performance for applications in structural steel, carbon steel, alloyed steel, cast iron, as well as copper and its alloys. The HSS-E-PM TiCN coating provides enhanced wear resistance and a longer tool life. The cutter is equipped with two cutting edges that enable efficient chip removal. The 30° helix and 12° rake angle are ideal for shoulder milling, slot milling, and ramp milling. With a 6 mm Weldon shank, the cutter is easy to handle and compatible with common milling machines.
