This file is designed for filing flat surfaces, rounding off sharp edges, and deburring. It is also suitable for sharpening heavy tools. It features a high stock removal rate, with edges and surfaces that are parallel. The surfaces have a double cut, with one unhewn and one hewn edge that has a single cut. It comes with a handle for ease of use.
