It includes four AXIS A1210-B units and an AXIS TA1601 mounting plate enclosed in an AXIS TQ1808-VE surveillance cabinet, a robust, vandal-resistant IK10, IP66, and NEMA 4x-rated cabinet. It offers fast and easy installation. Plus, if needed, you can take out and mount each door controller individually.

Each of the four barebone units features two reader connections as well as a Form C relay to power the lock. Thanks to intelligence on the edge, it can internally handle all tasks related to door access—even if the network is down. Additionally, built-in cybersecurity features help prevent unauthorized access and safeguard your system. For instance, Axis Edge Vault ensures cryptographic keys are safely and securely stored in the onboard EAL6+ certified compute module.

The AXIS A1214 Kit is fully integrated within Axis end-to-end solutions and supported by partner solutions. This scalable solution is optimized for both small and large installations and designed to meet your changing needs as they develop. You can store up to 250,000 credentials and 250,000 event logs on each of the four barebone units. Furthermore, it ensures flexible and secure authentication using different types of credentials, such as card or PIN codes, as well as dynamic QR codes for visitor access and license plates for vehicle access.
