The Alcadrain Shower Drain Wall 115 cm is a floor drainage system designed for level-access shower applications indoors. The stainless steel drainage channel features a fixed flange for wall mounting and can accommodate complete grates without additional support. The system is designed to fit grates measuring 1150 x 60 mm and is compatible with stainless steel, safety glass, artificial stone, tile inlay grates, as well as wheelchair-accessible square grates. Made from 2 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel (DIN 1.4301) with surface treatment through pickling, passivation, and electrochemical polishing, it ensures corrosion resistance and durability. The integrated polypropylene siphon unit allows for a high flow rate of 60 to 68.8 liters per minute through two siphon chambers while maintaining complete water tightness. The installation height starts at 95 mm, and the total construction height can vary between 110 and 168 mm. The system includes self-adhesive sealing tape for improved sealing and a mechanically cleanable siphon up to the drain pipe connection. With a load capacity of 300 kg and compatibility with 50 mm drain pipes, this drainage solution meets demanding commercial and private requirements. The package includes the pre-assembled channel with siphon, extensive mounting materials (6x50 mm screws, 10 mm dowels, 4.2x38 mm screws, 8 mm dowels), protective films for the channel edge and siphon inlet, as well as a polystyrene mounting cap. An optional combined odor trap is available for additional functionality.
