Product details
Trick thefts are a growing danger, and especially seniors often find themselves defenseless against the audacity of uninvited visitors. A door viewer is therefore a fundamental requirement for deciding whom to open the door to. The digital door viewer ABUS DTS3214 features a 0.3-megapixel camera with an active pixel sensor. With a viewing angle of 105°, it generously captures the area in front of your door. The image is transmitted to the display via a data cable, allowing for door thicknesses of up to 110 mm, which is approximately double that of a conventional door viewer. Particularly convenient is the ability to view the image on the 3.2" display: after pressing the "On" button, you immediately receive a clear and bright image of what is happening outside your door. People of all heights, glasses wearers, etc., can look "through the door" from various angles - even simultaneously.
Technology: Approximately 2,000 screen activations per battery set. 3.2" TFT display. 0.3-megapixel CMOS sensor. Viewing angle 105°. Screen response time < 0.5 seconds. High-quality brand batteries included, 4 x AAA alkaline. Suitable for door leaf thicknesses of 38 - 110 mm. Suitable for hole diameters of 14 - 22 mm.
Applications: As a replacement for conventional door viewers or as original equipment on interior doors. 3.2" TFT display for bright and clear images even in challenging lighting conditions (e.g., stairwells). Ideal for people with disabilities (short stature, wheelchair users), glasses wearers, and children. Also perfect for hotels, guesthouses, vacation rentals, motels, etc. ABUS cover rosettes can cover areas up to a maximum diameter of 50 mm.
