According to our product manager, the following work would have to be done approx:
- Pump the wheels
- Fit the front wheel, if necessary mount the front brake disc.
- Adjust the gears and brakes (if necessary, adjust the brake disc).
- Mount seat post + saddle
- Mount the handlebars and adjust the headset clearance.
