Which of the two answers is correct? Is there definitely no heart rate belt or speed and cadence sensor included?
What is the difference to this product: Wahoo Elemnt Bolt v2 (North America, Europe, Australia) ?

You can see the two sensors and the heart rate strap in the photo. The aero mount is too wide for my handlebars, but is easy to loosen, just put a rubber under the buckle.
