Question about Segway-Ninebot Kickscooter ES2 Lite
The ES2 lite seems to be simply a software-throttled version of the ES2 and therefore road-legal. Will the 20 km/h remain with the additional battery? Does the scooter remain legal? Another possibility? Is it possible to throttle the ES2 to 20 km/h and make it road legal? Then you could buy the more attractive combination package with the additional battery.

ES2 + additional battery = ES4 without road approval
Both ES4 variants are only available directly from Segway/Ninebot.
Meaning then what exactly. Where are the differences then? Probably only in the km/h, or?
