The cooler doesn't have a Swiss plug. No problem as far as that goes, I'm sure I can buy it somewhere on Monday. But it would be nice to get such an adapter, or at least to note that the device is not ready for use and that another adapter is needed.

This is exactly the problem I reported to Galaxus, but unfortunately they didn't feel the need to respond. From a legal point of view, this is clearly a product defect that requires rectification, so thumbs down for Galaxus!
