Is the watch also able to start and stop a jogging lap (without a mobile phone connection)? Can the number of KMs run, the average time per KM and the total time be displayed directly on the watch during the run and at the finish? Can the recording be stopped and restarted during a jogging lap? I can't find these details in any manual or videos! Thank you very much for an answer.

Thank you very much for the quick answer.
I know that the watch does not have GPS. The question was only about the data such as distance, time and average speed of a jogging lap.

As far as I know, the watch cannot perform these functions even with a telephone connection, because it does not have GPS. In this case, the mobile phone would evaluate.
