Is the fixing system of the Novo Mag Force, compatible with track bike type rear axles (single speed bike: Specialized Langster Pro or BMC Trackmachine)? Nuts (ø15mm) screwed to the axle and not an instant release lever.

No, it is not, according to the manufacturer.
The Novo Force trainer is fully compatible with bikes using a Ø 5 mm quick release spindle and 130-135 x 5 mm QR axles. Use the quick-release spindle found in the box.
To mount your bike with a thru axle on your trainer, you can buy the necessary adapter (cod. 1020008) at shopelite-it.com.
Ensures compatibility with :
- 135 x 10 mm | 135 x 12 mm
- 142 x 12 mm
- 148 x 12 mm
