I received this scooter and only bought it because it has a top speed of 66 km/h. Now, it only goes 18 km/h? Well, it only goes 18 km/h?

You must first set the controller to 100 % power... You do this in the settings (press both buttons at the same time for a few seconds) under the setting P08 you can set the desired motor power in %... And then it should develop full power. Have fun

take a look at YouTube to see how to do this, and I wanted to ask you if you received a control screen with the scooter.
Salutation.

According to the manufacturer's website, it should effectively be able to do more. It's always possible that you don't get the exact value given. But this seems extremely low to me. It's not entirely clear from the scooter's instructions either. It does state how to set the speed, or throttle it, but nothing about a maximum speed. If you can't adjust it, I would assume it's a defect. You can register such a defect as a service case here: https://www.galaxus.ch/de...

Otherwise, you can try to contact the manufacturer, but probably best not in German: https://motusxd.pl/
