I bought this trainer a week ago and used it today for the second time. after only a few minutes rolling I felt a very strong smell of "burned rubber" and stopped. The elastomer "red"part had a notch with the shape of the tire about 2-3 mm deep in its center... it also felt very strange since the level of resistance barely changed when moving from 1 to 8 and rolling with the big plate and smaller pinion in the casette there was less resistance than the first day.. i even got to cadences > 110 which did not made any sense... i don't know if anyone has had this problem.
