Hi, got the wristband today and was wondering if I can connect the phone to the wristband when I want to look at the data or does it always have to be connected to capture the data? Thx

The band records the steps and, at night, the pulse, even without a Bluetooth connection.
Of course, a connection must be available for the evaluation and notifications.
