Hello Zäma I have a question regarding the Segway Nine Kickscooter ES2 Lite (20km/h 250W). I bought it new here. This week I noticed where I wanted to charge it, it wouldn't start. It showed me that the battery is full on the pointer. Is that normal that it doesn't charge when the battery is full? Normally, as I know it, it still charges when it is not 100% full. In these weather conditions I have not used it and it is not charging. The weather does not allow me to use it yet. Is there anything I should be aware of? Is it possible that something is defective that it no longer charges? The battery always shows full, even if I haven't used it for weeks. I contacted the head office and explained my problem.
