I have mounted the FollowMe on a hub with SRAM gears. So it should work. Mounting alone is possible, but a little time-consuming. Otherwise, contact your trusted bike mechanic. Otherwise, this product can be recommended without reservation.

Well, there is only this current version of the Followme tandem clutch. The SRAM adapter is a current accessory from the manufacturer and certainly fits the hitch. The question is rather, does the SRAM adapter fit your bike?
