It fits the normal Fenix 7/8 with 22 mm bandwidth. You can certainly attach the strap, but then there will be 5 mm space on the attachment bar and the strap will shift.
If I remember correctly, these leather bracelets were also available in a suitable 47 mm width.

Unfortunately I don't know. Basically, it is a click fastener. If the width of the strap and the fastening on the watch are the same, then yes.
