For us, it is important to offer the user a wearable that provides different functionalities and high reliability. To use some functions, the wearable needs to be connected to a Samsung smartphone. For example, the Samsung Health Monitor app currently requires connection to a Galaxy smartphone at the Android 7.0 software level or higher.
