I use the Sennheiser CX True Wireless. They are top! Different attachments for different ear sizes. They hold very well for me.

I use the LENCO EPB-460BK - SPORT IPX5 TWS BLUETOOTH® HEADPHONES. Works perfectly, holds gently on the ear because all the other earphones don't hold when I'm jogging. Costs approx. 90 Euros.
