please note that proprietary Samsung Galaxy features may not be supported by other smartphones. However, in general, the Galaxy Watch3 is compatible with smartphones running Android 5.0 and at least 1.5GB of RAM, as well as the iPhone 5 or newer models running iOS 9.0 or higher. Use the Samsung Galaxy Wearable App (Android) / Samsung Galaxy Watch App (iOS) to connect the Galaxy Watch to your smartphone. See if you can find and install the app in the store.

Unless the P30 Pro is running Android, it probably isn't.
BT and chest strap do not work.
