It wasn't easy to improve upon the class-leading design and functionality of our D3 helmet, but we did it. Built with a shell design and aerospace materials, we were able to bring the D4 Composite helmet down to 1050 grams without sacrificing strength. The MIPS C2 protection system is used to add an extra layer of safety in the event of a fall. For added comfort, the D4 Comp channels cool air through a front air intake system that flows through the polymer center and side mesh, keeping your head cooler while riding. X-static® and XT2® antimicrobial and odor-resistant padding ensure that the interior of the helmet is much more pleasant.
