Product details

The AURA 35 USB from SIGMA SPORT is the reliable companion for anyone looking for an affordable and rechargeable bike light for urban use. With a brightness of 35 Lux, this bike light is easy to attach to the handlebars and has unrestricted StVZO approval. Side light elements enhance visibility for other road users. The bike lamp impresses with its sporty compact design and a beam distance of 45 meters. The AURA 35 USB features a built-in battery that can be recharged via the Micro-USB port, making it possible to charge it from any PC. With the included Micro-USB cable, the front light can be fully recharged in a maximum of 2.8 hours. The lithium-ion battery is protected against deep discharge and overcharging. Furthermore, it has no memory effect and can be easily recharged to full capacity.

The AURA 35 USB is equipped with a CREE LED. In combination with high-performance optics, it produces an even light distribution, ensuring good illumination of the core, long-range, and side areas. Wide side light elements improve the visibility of the bike light in road traffic. The AURA 35 USB is turned on with a double click, and a long press of the button turns it off again. This feature prevents accidental activation, for example, when stored in a bag.

The practical silicone handlebar mount is firmly attached to the AURA 35 USB and guarantees quick and precise attachment to any bike handlebar. This allows the bike light to be mounted and removed without tools. Additionally, the AURA 35 USB is compatible with other SIGMA mounting systems, such as the Screw-Bracket and the Universal Helmet Mount.

The set makes cycling easier in changing light conditions, looks well made and also illuminates dark paths well. A tight-fitting screw connection at the front would be better.

The Aura 100 from Sigma is only available as a set with the Blaze-Link rear light - only the slightly weaker Aura 80 is available individually. Pressing the easily accessible on/off switch activates both the front and rear light. Two separate displays on the top show the operating modes and charging status...

  • PositiveThe set makes cycling easier in changing light conditions, looks well made and also illuminates dark paths well.
  • NegativeWe would have liked a fixed screw mount, especially for the handlebars, but also for the seat post.

... The front light has a belt attachment with coupling and can be aligned to the left and right via a screw. Aligning up and down is somewhat unreliable because of the rubber strap - pressing the switch can cause the front light to shift. The rear light is attached with a simple rubber buckle...
