Questions about Supernova M99 Pro E-45

why doesn't the product description say anywhere that the headlight is not suitable for e-bikes with bosch motors? even supernova's own homepage doesn't say that anywhere. now i've bought the supernova m99 pro e-45, received it today and first read the instructions. and what does it say about the installation first? that the headlight is not suitable for bosch systems and that if i should somehow mount it together with it, the bosch warranty will immediately expire.

This headlight cannot be connected to the light output of the motor because it does not allow enough power. In addition, the daytime running light would then only light up when the light on the e-bike is switched on. Therefore, the headlight is connected directly to the battery output. This does not affect the motor and, in my opinion, the warranty is not affected.

What connector does it use? In fact, what connectors do all the lights on your site use with cables for e-bike battery connections? Certainly this would actually be useful information. Like, do they use Higo Mini B? If so, what amount of pins? There are many different types. With the lack of information here on Galaxus, it's honestly better buying from Amazon and paying potential import fees. At least Amazon shows photos of the connectors. Trying to find a light which matches the Higo Mini B 2-pin on the Trelago Mountan eMTB from Landi, except this website makes it impeccably impossible.

Hello, according to the manufacturer's reference, this is the 25km/h ATV version and not the 45km/h version, so the title is wrong.

No, this is not possible without adaptation. The Supernova M99 Pro 2 E-45 requires a high-voltage light output suitable for S-Pedelecs (12 V DC, up to approx. 16 W), which your Stromer ST1 (2013) does not have as standard.

No. Yamaha only has 6 V . You can mount it but you need for example a Bts 432 e. Then you have to solder and have knowledge. The supernova m99pro is the best headlight in my opinion. Mount at your own risk
