Well, that's certainly not normal. As with some products, Digitec Galaxus has delivery problems... But you can also order here from "techmania", for example. If I were you, I would check whether the product is available from another supplier (e.g. melectronics in the shop) and then order it there. Then cancel here :-) That saves nerves :-)

You receive SMS or Whatsapp. But you can only reply with predefined text messages (Android). Calls are signalled and can be accepted or rejected. But it is not possible to talk or listen through the watch.

Hello I have the Garmin Venu Music and use the "Samsung Galaxy Buds+" headphones with it. In my opinion, they are great. The grip is good, the music quality suits me and I can no longer hear any ambient noise. :-) And the Bluetooth works great with the watch and the iPhone.

No, the watch cannot display the altitude. But you will find the information after the activity in the app. It is probably calculated from the GPS data and the map material.
My partner, to whom I gave the watch, says yes. (You can even set the vibration alarm to snooze.) But the vibration isn't super strong, so it probably varies from person to person whether it wakes you up alone. She hasn't used the alarm for that yet...
In the app, go to Garmin Devices -> (select device) -> Activities, Apps and More -> Activities and Apps and move the sports to add "Horseback Riding" to your favourites.
