Missing thumb shifters? Switching from drop bars to flat bars? With this part, you can convert handlebar end shifters into thumb shifters. The switches are not included but are readily available in 8- to 11-speed versions. At Paul Comp, they swear by thumb shifters for their precise and smooth operation. The mount is designed as a hinge clamp and fits handlebar diameters of 22.2 mm or 31.8 mm. The 22.2 mm version fits mountain bike handlebars, while the 31.8 mm version is mounted on road handlebars near the stem. The Paul Comp thumb shifter mount can only accommodate Shimano handlebar end shifters/down tube shifters. Available in black or silver, with a clamp diameter of 22.2 mm or 31.8 mm.
