Maxxis' first true gravel bike tire. The Rambler has the volume needed for good comfort and the tread pattern required for speed and control. The closely spaced center knobs are angled, allowing for excellent rolling on hard surfaces. The open side knobs provide predictable cornering behavior across various terrain conditions.

Dualcompound: Two different rubber compounds are used to create a tread strip. The arrangement of the compounds is designed according to the desired characteristics of the tires.

Silkshield: SilkShield offers Silkworm protection all around, from bead to bead, preventing cuts and other defects on the tire sidewalls and under the tread.

Tubeless Ready: Tubeless tires have many advantages: you can ride at lower air pressures, resulting in better traction and reduced rolling resistance. And where there is no tube, the risk of flats decreases. Maxxis TR tires are better prepared for installation with sealant than other tubeless-ready tires. The bead of our TR tires is completely covered with a rubber layer, just like a true UST tubeless tire. This ensures successful tubeless installation on all standard-sized rims right from the first inflation with minimal sealant.
