The new Black Witch 'Toluene-free formula' is suitable for quick repairs on torn and stretched neoprene, especially at the seams or edges where the neoprene is glued together. Black Witch is also suitable for latex neck and arm cuffs and is available in black. Note: If a quick repair is not necessary or if heavily worn areas, such as the knees or elbows, need to be permanently coated again, use the McNett Aquasure adhesive.
