The Twin-Tube design from 2016-2024 was an engineering masterpiece, but it came with some durability challenges. The FLOAT X2 shock, completely reinterpreted from 2025 onwards, has been redesigned from the ground up and is based on a revolutionary monotube architecture.

Performance Elite is the equivalent version without the Kashima coating of the Factory series and is part of the first 4-way adjustable monotube shock. It features high/low-speed compression and rebound, including Variable Valve Control (VVC) rebound for finely tunable precise damping performance.

Optimized air damping performance with coil-like ride comfort. The oversized air chamber and reservoir allow for precise air volume tuning for perfect adjustment to individual riding styles and trail conditions.

A larger ½-inch shock shaft and reinforced chassis provide increased stability and durability for the toughest downhill and enduro applications. It includes a supportive firm mode (no lockout) with its own control circuit and a locking lever adjustment.
