Bicycles with electric assistance (E-bikes) place high demands on their drives, distinguishing them from traditional muscle-powered bikes. To meet these requirements and those of users, Finish Line has developed a special lubricant for these bicycles. Utilizing the latest lubricant technology and adhering to manufacturer specifications, Finish Line has created a unique lubricant that allows E-bikes to perform like new. The Finish Line E-Bike chain lubricant is specifically formulated for the lubrication of electrically assisted drives that are subjected to particularly high pressure and torque. Most systems provide the rider with up to 250 watts of additional power, and some high-performance models can add up to 350 watts. This consistently high power means that chains are exposed to significantly higher wear rates. In developing our E-bike lubricant, our goal was to create a lubricant that not only withstands high torque but also allows for long lubrication intervals, sheds dirt, prevents premature wear, and offers superior protection against rust and corrosion. Thanks to the semi-dry formulation and our exclusive blend of corrosion inhibitors and high-pressure additives, the E-bike lubricant is state-of-the-art in every respect.
