The patented RWS wheel mounting system from DT Swiss is rigid, secure and easy to use. The plug-in version offers all the advantages of tool-free mounting of the thru axle, if you want to. If you prefer the clean look of a bolt-on axle, simply remove the lever unit and stow it in your rucksack or leave it at home. There is a 5 mm hexagon on the axle, which can be operated with any standard tool. There is also a 5 mm hexagon on the lever unit, which can of course also be used as a mini tool when travelling. The thru axle has a conical end. Clean and smart: the RWS Plug In.
