Product details

Multifunctional tube made of aramid, fire-resistant viscose fibers, and elastomer fibers. Ideal for workers in the electrical industry. It offers protection against thermal risks from arc flashes as well as heat, flames, and other thermal hazards. This CAT II PPE is designed to protect the neck and/or head of the wearer, excluding the face, depending on the part covered by the PPE. Manufactured by Original Buff S.A. with consideration of the basic health and safety requirements in Annex II of Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and complies with the requirements of standard EN ISO 13688:2013 for protective clothing, general requirements; standard ISO 11612:2015 for protective clothing against heat and flames with performance levels A1, B1, C1, and F1; and standard EN 1149-5:2018 on protective clothing - electrostatic properties and against the hazard of an arc for the purpose of compliance with Annex II Section 3.6.1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/425. This fabric meets the standard UNE-EN 61482-1-1:2010 on Live Working. Protective clothing against the thermal hazards of an arc; and standard UNE-EN 61482-1-1:2015 on Live working.
