The mops are made of very soft synthetic fibre. So they do not chafe.
The question is what happens if a small hard object gets caught in it.
I have terracotta on it and haven't noticed any scratches after a year. And I have a lot of coarse dirt lying around.

The pads are made of microfibres and are also suitable for oiled parquet.

Synthetic, we have no problems on sealed parquet.

I also have oiled wooden floors and the mops have no problems whatsoever with this type of floor and smooth cleanly over them. I can also highly recommend it for wooden floors.

I've only had the DeameBot for 2 months, but I'm very happy with the cleaning results on our parquet floor. Unfortunately, I had to send it in after 2 months because the carpet detection sensor was broken. After sending it back, the mobile water tank no longer filled up, so I had to send it back immediately... As good as the thing cleans, I seem to have got hold of a faulty model.

For me with Parket everything is tiptop :) very satisfied

The mops are very soft. The question is rather whether it is good for the wooden floor to be damp cleaned each time? I have programmed the Dreame to only damp clean the bathrooms.
