Question about Ken Hom Excellence
What experiences have you had with it on a normal glass ceramic hob? Does it bend under full heat? Does anything flake off?
I'm basically satisfied with the wok, but the base actually bends when it heats up, so that it no longer has full contact with the hob. It's a bit annoying.
