What does Galaxus do in the event of a warranty claim? Is there a contact point in Switzerland? I have already read about long waiting times. Thank you for a brief reply. :)

The warranty claim can be entered online in the customer account. You will then be informed of the correct service centre and the further procedure. Warranty cases can normally take 2-4 weeks. :-)
