Warranty extension for De'Longhi Dinamica Plus coffee machine: When I ordered the product in the old year 2021, I read that the warranty extension would be extended from 2 to 4 years free of charge after registration within a short period of time. I have now registered the product with De'Longhi. At Galaxus, in the new year 2022, the warranty extension can only be taken out for a fee. How does this work, or where do I get confirmation of the free warranty extension?
The warranty extension will be issued directly by DeLonghi in writing by email.
The letter will contain all the information such as the date of purchase, type of appliance and the date of the warranty extension.
