has been running perfectly for me for 1 year and 2 months! If you follow the instructions and read them carefully, there are actually no problems!

I have never had to repair them ... can therefore not really contribute anything

...we feel the same way, the machine has been running for a year now without any problems and I can only recommend it to everyone:
+ small and fits everywhere
+ very low maintenance
+ extremely low energy consumption
+ Delicious coffee

Unfortunately or fortunately no experience ... has been running flawlessly for years ... good luck
