The product description says that the pan has a PTFE non-stick coating (Teflon coating). However, the manufacturer's website states that the non-stick effect of the carbon steel pan is due to the formation of patina (carbonisation of fats), as is usually the case with carbon steel pans. There must be a mistake in the product description, or am I mistaken?
Yes, a mistake has probably crept in here. According to our research, the pan also has the mentioned non-stick effect due to the patina. Thank you for pointing this out.
