The maximum temperature specified for using the roaster is 160 °C. On the manufacturer's website, the temperature is stated as 240 °C. Is the product you are offering a faulty one from a faulty production? I would buy the product if you can assure me in writing that I can use the roaster at temperatures of 240 °C and that it comes with a 30-year guarantee.
