Since I bought this appliance, I've been unable to use the automatic programmes from the HomeID application, which always displays an error message. The device has been changed, but the problem remains. Does this feature still work for anyone? Thanks

Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me either. I assume that this is a software / firmware error. But it's not that important for me.
