Question about Rowenta Turbo Silence Extreme

My new Rowenta "Turbo Silence Extrem" fan (70w) again made a sort of squeaking noise when it turned on the right side! Really annoying in the middle of the night. What do you mean by "removing the sweep" at night? You don't run it anymore? From time to time I have taken the "handle" on the "head" of the motor and pulled it hard - and the squealing stops! But the noise comes back when I turn it off and on in the evening ..... I'm thinking of ordering another one! I must have been the lucky one to get the one that "squeaks" in night mode. My other Rowenta (which looks stronger - but old! in metallic grey) never did that for years - and as soon as I bought it - everything worked fine. But now it has given up the ghost and I'm not really happy with the new one.

Same thing for me. Slight noise when the sweep is on at night.
By deactivating it and leaving only the propeller running on "silent night", it is discreet

On the fan, close to the handle, there is a big push/pull button to activate the sweep or static mode. However, mine does not make any noise in either sweep or static mode

Just do a standard exchange with digitec, especially if it is still under warranty... :)
