My Kärcher battery brush is defective. Despite being fully charged, the appliance switches off after 2-3 minutes. Where can I send the appliance for repair? My daughter bought the appliance from you on 10.12.2024 and gave it to me as a gift. Thank you for your feedback Kind regards
