Yes, it looks like ceramic, it doesn't stick, it's ok and it's the only machine that also makes sourdough. Simply follow the recipe quantities (sugar is not necessary as described in the recipe, it also works without it) and it works without any problems.

When I dispose of my "old" bread maker, I want to be absolutely sure that the new one does not have a baking tin with a PFAS (Teflon) coating!

These are suspected of causing health problems such as liver damage, thyroid disease, obesity, fertility problems and cancer and are banned in the EU.

I would prefer the manufacturer to confirm in the product description that the baking tin is ceramic-coated and PFAS-free.
