The picture is wrong. It is a bag for the rubbish. It is a grey bag that looks something like a waterproof pack sack with daisy chains and a roll closure. There is a strip to the roll closure to attach a rubbish bag to the inside. Practical, but awkward. It is easier to close the waste bag directly.

Good question. I bought the waste bag and it is very practical. But the price suggests more of a sleeping bag.
