Question about Philips HD7548/20

I bought this 7548 model rather than the Philips HD 7546 because the 7548 mentions a keep-warm function. However, I can't find anything about this in the manual and it seems to be identical to my old 7546. The Philips website makes no mention of this. What does it say?

The filtered coffee is only kept warm because it runs into a thermos jug. So as long as the jug is closed again at the lid after a cup of coffee has been poured, the remaining coffee in the thermo jug will keep warm for? 2-3 hours without becoming bitter, as happens on hot plates.
