Question about tado° Radiator thermostat

I have underfloor heating completely without thermostats and the manual "valves" are classically in the heating distributor per floor. If I now buy a starter set with bridge and actuator, and a wireless thermostat... will the thermostat override the temperature indication on the valve in the distributor or will this combination not work at all?

I have radiators - 5 of them in the living area and a radio thermostat. Now I can specify in the app who is the "boss" and regulates the temperature - in this case, of course, the radio thermostat. It measures the temperature at a convenient place in the room and controls the 5 actuators on the radiators so that the temperature is maintained at the radio thermostat.
